	Newly Registered Vehicles Brand new vehicles are registered through the Authorised Motor Vehicle Dealer and if it is registered as private it will be exempted from inspection for the first 3 years after manufacture. All other classes need to have proper inspection on yearly basis. Second Hand or Re-Conditioned Cars Since these types of vehicles have been registered in another country, we need to have the cancellation certificate from the previous country of registration. There should be a translated version if the cancellation certificate is not in English.
