	Step 1 - Fill the application form click here to download Step 2 - Submit for approval either by mailing to Land Transport Authority, PO Box 6677, Valelevu, Fiji or submitting it in person at any one of our offices. Step 3 - If approved, pay the fee of $325.00. In the event that your application is approved, you will sent an approval letter by mail, informing you to pay the fees of $325.00 at the nearest LTA office. You must ensure that you provide your approval letter at the counter when paying for your fees. Step 4 - The number plate is then ordered for printing Step 5 - When the plate is ready, it is assigned and issued to the customer, provided a third party policy is produced at the counter for verification.
