The quest to improve the LTA’s service to the country and its various communities is an on-going effort that entails cooperation between, LTA, Land Transport industry stakeholders and the general public. The LTA has therefore embarked on an effort to improve working relationship between with the key stakeholders through consistent consultation. Improvement in Customers service in LTA is to focus on reducing customer servicing time at our customer service centers.

All LTA Services are available at all LTA branches near you. The business hours are from 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

8. Wheeltax- According to the CC (Cubic Capacity) of the engine
